Burger Wrap
I love a good burger but sometimes the bread just has too many carbs. My friend gave me this recipe and I'm absolutely obsessed with it- it's a burger but in a wrap. It's so quick & easy to make and perfect for lunch!

Burger Wrap
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
In N Out Secret Sauce
-
2 tbs Mayo
-
1 tbs Ketchup
-
1 tbs Relish
-
1 tsp Sugar
-
1/4 tsp Vinegar

Other
-
2 Large Tortillas
-
Lettuce (chopped)
-
Tomatoes (diced)
-
Onions & Bell Peppers (chopped)
-
Black Bean Burger
-
Mustard
-
Ketchup

Instructions
1. Cook 2 Large Tortillas for 2 minutes each (just until they are warm)
​
2. Air fry 2 burgers for 10 minutes at 325 degrees
​
3. Chop onions and bell peppers and sauté
​
4. Mix all the ingredients for the In N Out Sauce in a bowl and set aside
​
5. Chop lettuce and dice tomatoes and keep aside
​
6. To assemble: lay out a large tortilla and spread In n out sauce all around. Then crumble the burger patty along the middle in a line. Add all the toppings- sautéd onions & bell peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, mustard, ketchup and anything else you want
​
7. To fold: Just tuck in the sides and roll like a burrito so nothing falls out
​
8. Put it in the panini maker for 3-4 minutes (until golden brown) and enjoy!
